Frequently Asked Questions

The Gonstead technique is considered the engineer’s approach to the spine. It focuses on the body’s structural foundation and is one of the most precise and effective methods of spinal adjustments. The Gonstead system gives rise to a specific, definite approach to every segment of the spinal column. The detailed analysis includes instrumentation (using the Nervoscope), static palpation, motion palpation, visualization, and x-ray followed by adjusting the articulations of the spine by hand only where only the specific problem areas are addressed.

What Can I Expect on my First Visit?

Before your appointment, you will be sent an intake form to fill out and submit electronically. This provides us with general information about yourself and your condition.

Consultation, History & Examination

After checking in on one of our self-check-in stations you will have a consultation with the doctor to discuss your health concerns as well as medical history. The doctor will then utilize specialized tests to determine the next course of action and potential treatment options.

To fully understand where your unique issues may be arising, X-Rays will be taken of your spine, which will immediately be discussed in detail with you.

Same Day Treatment

Once you are finished with the exam and X-Rays, you will receive your first spinal adjustment.
